- Our main areas are the Hampshire South Coast (Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke, Havant, Aldershot, Andover) and Northamptonshire and the Midlands (Northampton). We also have select listings in East Anglia and Greater London. Contact us wherever your property is and we will pass you to the right agent.
- Which languages do you speak?
- Angela speaks English and Romanian. Magdalena speaks English and Polish.
- Do you have an office?
- No. We work remotely and from home and visit you at your property.
- Are you regulated?
- We are members of The Property Redress Scheme (PRS059171), registered with HMRC for anti-money-laundering supervision, and registered with the ICO (ZC154983).
- What do I need to start selling?
- Photo ID and proof of address so we can complete the identity and anti-money-laundering checks that estate agents must carry out, proof that you own the property, and your solicitor's contact details if you have chosen one. We will explain the rest at your valuation.
- Do I need an EPC to sell?
- A valid Energy Performance Certificate is normally required before a property is marketed. We can advise you on this at your valuation.
- How long does a sale take?
- It varies with the property, the buyer's finances and any chain. We will give you a realistic idea at your valuation and keep you updated throughout.
- Can you explain the process in Romanian or Polish?
- Yes. We can explain each stage of the sale in Romanian or Polish. The legal work is carried out by your solicitor, and we do not give legal advice.
- Do you offer lettings or property management?
- Not yet. Both are coming soon. Our current service is property sales.
- Is your website chat a real person?
